Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any GGTCONNECT product, service, API, or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

02Our services

GGTCONNECT provides fintech platforms, SaaS products, APIs, managed cloud hosting, and custom development services. Individual products may carry additional product-specific terms, which take precedence for that product.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where required by law or contract.

03Accounts and eligibility

Some services require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Regulated products may require identity verification, such as BVN or NIN checks, before activation. You must meet the eligibility requirements stated for each product.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services: no unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, spam, abuse of other users, or attempts to breach the security of our systems.

API usage is subject to rate limits and fair-use policies published in our documentation. We may throttle or suspend access that threatens platform stability.

05Fees and payments

Paid plans, usage-based billing, and product pricing are as stated on the relevant product pages or order forms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid services after reasonable notice.

06Intellectual property

GGTCONNECT owns all rights in our software, brands, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services as intended.

For custom development engagements, IP ownership is as agreed in the project contract — by default, work product transfers to the client on full payment.

07Third-party services

Our products integrate with third parties such as banks, NIBSS, AWS, and Contabo. Their terms apply to those integrations, and we are not responsible for their downtime or policy changes.

08Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

On termination, your right to use the services ends; provisions on IP, liability, and payments survive.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
